I don't know about all of Europe, but DAB is very popular in England.

I don't know why it wouldn't be popular in all of Europe.

It works well where the population is dense.

It COULD be popular over large rural areas at low band, and it would  
work there (like channels five and six).

Stating that DAB isn't working is just wrong.
