It depends on both the market and the TIME of the installation.

Early on, the batteries powered everything.

Now, IT APPEARS that Internet and TV are not supported by the battery,  
and only telephone remains.

This really makes sense.  Telephone is generally the lifeline service.

SO, put your FiOS stuff on a UPS, and back up everything with a  
generator.
