[BC] not a broadcast tower, but Alaska's tallest

The Port Clarence tower was in terrible shape.  Alaska LORAN is no 
more.  I believe the Attu station is still operating as part of the 
Japan chain.  Stations that rolled there own power costs a huge amount 
of money to run.  Saint Paul Island was a megawatt.

I was on Saint Paul Island when Loran there shut down a few months ago. 
One of the civilian employees had been there since the start of 
operation.  It was the master station for the NORPAC chain.
