You got that right!

I am amazed at how often people fail to demand what they are paying for. Usually all it takes is an email (or online form) to the state regulatory authority and suddenly they pay attention to you.

Same goes for ordering. In many cases ISDN BRI is on the tariff and can be ordered, but that does not stop their order-takers from giving you some run-around.

I am also shocked when customers take the phone companies word as gospel and completely ignore what a manufacturer has to say about the issue. Better than 75% of the time the manufacturer will be right, not the Telco
