A simple corporation shouldn't require a flow chart, but we are  
dealing with simple people, are we not? I just sketched mine out in  
the box for the exhibit, rather than try to draw a fancy diagram

Remember that in a corporation the directors, as representatives of  
the shareholders, are the ones who "run" the company.

The directors, in turn, then appoint the corporate officers.

The way I did ours was:

Shareholders:  Adam Able, Barry Baker

                      Directors

      Adam Able, Barry Baker, Charley Tuna
                           |
                           |
                       Officers
      Adam Able, President, Barry Baker, V.P./Secretary
                           |
                           |
                 Licensee Corporation
