[BC] recommended fluxes for silver soldering ground system/radials?

I see your point.  I just had visions of a excessive rough surface on
the copper using a drill with a coarse grit digging real deep. I guess
with copper strap it doesn't matter if the surface is to rough, the
solder is going to fill it in, much better than paint on a rough
surface...:)
