[BC] LED obstruction lights

I have Dialight LED's on a couple of 10 KW AM towers.  They work fine.  
We specified the AM filter option for each fixture.

When your power bills are $0.50/KwHr and it is dark all the time for 
several months of the year, every bit helps.

We are probably going to change out the Flash Technology strobes on one 
tower and replace them with white Dialights that can subsitute for 
medium intensity strobes.
