[BC] LED obstruction lights

I had trouble with TWR beacons failing that TWR claimed were RF related.

Dialight beacons have RF traps built in; power supplies and lamp assemblies are field replaceable.

No problems with TWR side lights.  

Caveat--when you go to LEDs, the current sensors will need to be adjusted, or more likely changed.  My Dialight beacons draw about 250 mA, the TWR beacons drew about 1 A and the 300 mm lamps over 10 A!  Sidelights (TWR) draw between 600 and 800  mA per set of 3.

I did see someone at NAB that claims to have beacons that survive high RF environments.  Now if I can just remember who----
