[BC] LPB console knobs/buttons

Found out I am also missing one of the 1" cylinder knobs for channel
selection.
The LPBinc site is still up but the phone is disconnected. Anyone know a
working contact name or number for them?

I am working on a signature II...someone must have had one of these
beauties at one time...
