[BC] Satellite audio recorder -delay

Rather than use my automation's "line in" function (which works fine), I'd like to record a satellite news feed for delayed play a few minutes later. I can find lots of programs that will record audio at a designated time, but every one I've seen starts a new file name when it records. That is a problem, since it would be helpful to program the automation to look for the same file every time. 

I need something that will record the feed, and overwrite an existing file name that the automation can play on an hourly basis. Any suggestions?
