[BC] [AF] OSHA AND RF IMPORTANT

There is no annual requirement that I'm familar.  Anyone spouting that as
a marketing hook is not acting reputably.

HOWEVER, with regards to the way the FCC and OSHA interpret the rules on
Controlled V. Uncontrolled areas and those who are in them, training is
the sole threshold which they use for determining whether a person is a
"qualified person" under OST-65 to be in the Controlled area.  Whether
something gained 10 or more years ago is an open issues as far as I'm
aware.

This is why there is such a push by the SBE, et al. on RF safety training.
 Even if you are a CPBE with 50 years experience, the FCC and OSHA don't
recognize those types of certifications as being properly trained for
working in a high RF environment.
