Florida at least.  I can listen to FM stations in the Tampa area all the way to Inverness to the 
North and Sebring to the South far past the AM stations.
I believe 100% of the 4,200 Volt distribution circuits (to all pole mounted transformers) have been 
replaced with 14 kV circuits.
   The proposal certainly has my vote.
