We got ours early on the design/production chain; Kyle Magrill has been very good at upgrading the firmware and software as improvements have been made. And there have been a number of them. Kyle has worked with me on some of the bugs and made corrections where needed. One of the best improvements in programming the unit setup; it is much easier now.
I think the Sicon8 has matured and is worthy of your close attention. Kyle is positive about his product. For the money, there is nothing close out there. It is feature rich and expandable. It tracks the readings on my transmitter perfectly, and we use it to monitor our tower lights, building temperature, and program continuity too. We made the right decision.
