[BC] California student radio station KYDS faces music at FCC

There's nothing like the gov't that spends money like water taking
from kids that have to raise enough to pay the fine via car washes and
bake sales.... Sure is nice we have such a nice federal regulator that
serves the public in such a nice way, protecting from harmful
mis-filings and stuff.  Well, at least those kids will know what our
industry has to put up with these days.

I sure feel safe at night knowing the FCC paper tiger is there to
protect us from those evil kids that can't for SOME reason wind their
way through the FCC's jungle of paperwork.  (not like I can either..)
How dare those kids make a mistake!  Oh the humanity!

First the try to fine a station for being a primary on EAS and messing
up a monthly test. Now they pull this on one of the last high school
stations who's annual operating budget is about as much as their TAX.
What's next?  If there was anyone that should deserve a reduction due
to inability to pay, these kids should be at least afforded that.
