To any of you who use my web site formulas, the two programs that use the national state average utility rates has been updated today. The two affected are:

Cost_to_convert_to_HD(TM)
Cost_to_operate_your_plant

The second one figures the approximate cost to run an FM transmitter. The first calculates the total cost to upgrade to HD(TM) operation
