[BC] Winamp/Shoutcast assistance

Hi and happy Vegas...

I lost a hard drive on our streaming machine.  Reloaded the latest Winamp, and then the latest shoutcast plug-in and it freezes from 15 -25 minutes into the stream everytime.  I have tried loading the same software on 4 different machines.  Doesn't matter....freezes.  There is no professional help for Winamp...just a moderator who wants a log of everything before he even responds. Obviously,It is not the machine(s) it's the software.   Should I consider a different software combination?
