        Jim ... you hit on a good point. It always
        seemed to be that new hires were done
        on Friday afternoon at 4:45PM - and their
        training was limited to following the format.

        Now, Rich will probably tell us he and
        his friends never did this ... and never
        purposely let out weekends get killed
        by the calls from these non-trained
        staffers. However, as you say:
