[BC] forget the brain dead engineers what about the DJ's?

While our stations still do manual logging as a means to show we have
control of the TX, check tower lights several times a day, et al., many
stations no longer require operations staff to take meter readings, let
alone check tower lights. Their reasoning: " It's done automatically, so
why should we need to have any interaction at all?"

It's these client stations I tend to advise the higher hourly rate to
account for a nuisance factor of staff calling to tell me the obvious and
they have no idea what to do.
