[BC] Gaming the FCC Process

This comment suggests the (single) murderer, David Waters, killed 
them over some philosophical issue. Waters was an habitual violent 
offender. He stole $54,000 from the Atheist group (he was employed 
there as a typesetter). O'Hair exposed him in a newsletter and he 
killed them. It had nothing to do with the nature of the group. He 
probably would have done the same to the Girl Scouts.
