[BC] BC] FCC shuts UW-Parkside radio station for rocking without license

It was an open filing.  HOWEVER, there aren't many non-religious non-com's
out there with any capital to build these days.  Those who did file have a
good chance at winning as the FCC has placed some emphasis on diversity by
stating it will look at owenership numbers as a criteria towards granting
new CP's.  If someone has a PILE of existing stations already
on...anywhere...they're already at a disadvantage when it comes to MX'd
applications.

I also applaud the FCC's decision to limit the number of filings any one
entity can file. Which keeps the EMF's of the world from completely
overtaking the market.
