[BC] BC] FCC shuts UW-Parkside radio station for rocking without license

     And just what advantage did the government give Klove in obtaining 
these frequencies? I smell a conspiracy here.
     In my state, I knew of over 20 translator frequencies 15 years ago, 
but my place did not act on them. Who do I complain to about this 
unfairness?
