[BC] Dropping Voice Level On Last Few Words

When announcers don't give thought to it, what comes out of their voice 
is whatever their natural cadence is.  Going soft on the last 3 words or 
so of a sentence is a natural (and unfortunate) cadence for many humans.

I have come across this happening in the noncom announcer world many 
times.  I don't hesitate to complain to the ownership either (where-as I 
am a mere tech at the place).

If everyone would be self-critical, this and other announcer annoyances 
wouldn't happen.

It is yet another part of electronic communications that has lost its 
character.
