Not to get too far off the radio angle...

Being shot is an usually an involuntary action...unless you're Plexico
Burris (GR) or wanting to commit suicide. Drinking water in those
quantities and forcibly holding elimination IS a voluntary action. HUGE
distinction.  And one which I don't consider a fair comparison.

I do agree with Jeff to the extent our society has seemed to diminish the
role and relevance of personal reponsability. And that extends to
management's roles in SO many things which they eventually pawn off
"responsability" to underlings when the piper comes calling.  KDND's GM
should have also been axed and held accountable. He's the pilot/captian of
that ship and should have known better. If not to call the contest, at
least to consider the implications of allowing it to continue.
