[BC] Used towers

There are advantages for both. Research has been done on determining where
the tube/solid strength trade off occurs.  The long and short of it, as
relayed by a SE some years ago is Schedule 80 approximates solid leg
compression capacity in smaller sizes. I think he said below 1-1/2".  I
don't recall the deflection approximation.  Beyond that size, something
heavier than Schedule 120 is needed.  Which isn't practical to fabricate.
