[BC] ESPN Game Legal ID closure

Is anyone running the proper closure for legal ID on the main channel of ESPN when NBA or MLB games run?

I can't make it work properly and this is only when games are on the main channel.

I have a couple of calls into Citadel and no response from them as of yet.
