You mean somebody THAT smart! What I read is a
woman who is hard working, resourceful and fiscally
responsible. Today this is called going "Green". If
I owned a station, I would be very interested in an
employment interview.

I value the engineer who salvages components from
old equipment. Who puts 12 volts on a 6.3 volt CRT
to extend its life. Who puts bent nails in a vise to
straighten and reuse them. NEVER think of *spending*
money. Think of *investing* money. Each investment 
has a requisite ROI.
