[BC] Not sure who to call about this one....

Almost 3 months ago, we had a crew working in the ditch i nfront of the
radio station's property and up and down the road, presumably installing new
wiring for the phone or cable comapny, but I have no idea who as they didn't
have any uniforms on and no marknig son any trucks they drove.

About 2 1/2 months ago, they asked if they could leave a giant spool of
cable at the top of our driveway. We said sure, figuring they'd be back soon
to continue the work. They've never come back and we have NO idea who the
cable belongs to, but it is STILL sitting in our driveway.

How do I find out whos it is? What do we do with it?
