Certainly a Radio Station OWNER has the right to dispose of that station
any way he sees fit!
Now I *LOVE* Classical Music on the Radio, even more so on AM, but I
would think Long and Hard before putting it on my station just because
of NUTS like these guys filing the lawsuits. These are the same kind of
NUTS that were howling over WQXR being bought out by WNYC. The simple
fact is, if you want a certain format bad enough, BUY your own station
and program it how you see fit. I am sure for what these Jokers spent in
Legal Fees, they could have gone in a number of Mom N Pop Stations and
plopped down the cash and had their own station, or a LMA to do what
they wanted, instead of trying to force their will on somebody else
