For maximum sonic purity, you need to power your equipment with a gold 
turboalternator driven by a Tesla Turbine. 

The power is so smooth, the filtering is hardly needed...

And the response curves of any equipment powered by a Tesla Turbine will 
exceed manufacturer's specifications by at least 100%. 

Not quite DC-to-light, but getting there.....
