as a non profit, go to Techsoup and register. IIRC they will want a copy of
the non-profit papers from the IRS and some other simple things. I purchased
for our non profit 10 licenses for XP Pro for $8.00 each, and the disks
(full language pack included) came straight from Microsoft. I believe 10
licenses is still the minumum
