Three other stations immediately relayed the warning we originated.  I even
got an e-mail from the owner of one of the local Christian stations who said
a preacher heard the relayed alert on his station and immediately spread the
word to people in his village.  He's crediting that alert with saving lives.
There were 3 other stations that didn't air the alert - one was due to a
configuration issue, the second an ongoing stupidity issue, and the third
was the government-owned TV station that has NO EAS gear!
