[BC] Guy line part name

DING DING DING DING DING!!!!  That's it.

Before anyone lambastes me on using this failure obvious design, it's NOT
for a guy line. Rather a skirt system which I need to loop through a
tensioning spring and yet sustain a COMPACT bottom end of the skirt.

That is unless someone can provide insight on a 1/2" to 3/4"
non-conducting 6-10" long structural eyelete which won't rip out in a high
tension mode.
