[BC] Different day and night transmitter sites

WEAF, Camden, SC recently got approved to change frequency, city of license
and tower sites from a single tower site on 1130 to 1120 licensed to St
Stephen.

St Stephen is about 100 miles from Columbia and about 120 miles from Camden.

Maybe Radio-Locator is screwing up somewhere, but it shows WEAF has having a
night site over 100 miles from the day site. The new proposed night site is
nowhere enar the current day/night combined site, although it is very close
(if not the same) site as co owned 1470 and 620.

What's gonig on here?
