WJTI/1460 is moving to WGLB/1560's site and adding night service as a  
new Class B in Racine (from West Allis).

1460 will use 1560's parallelogram array days with 1 kW and 1560's  
inline array nights with 0.24 kW.

1560 will use its inline array (four towers) days with 0.19 kW and  
its parallelogram array (four towers) nights with 0.25 kW.
