He found the manufacturer's tag; it had fallen off.

FYI, it's a 5M100A, early 1980 vintage.

I was looking at it, but I need a stereo board, working, - the 4S50 I 
have seems to be a bench queen (partly due to the fact I don't have the 
time to rebuild it right now...)
