Towers guyed at only one level will go over like this if one guy wire  
fails.

It is also possible to get them to do this if they have several guy  
levels but one anchor point by just cutting the anchor shaft instead  
of the guy wires.

With multiple guy anchor points (in the same direction), it becomes  
difficult without using explosives to cut the wires or anchor shafts.

Falling the tower in line like this makes cutting it up and  
transporting it MUCH easier.
