[BC] WBZ low power

I noticed this afternoon that my station on 1060 (WBIX)
was noise-free, so I checked  to see if I could hear the
IBOC sidebands on my radio on the southeast expressway.

I could not.

Now I gotta see if they're running IBOC. . .
