[BC] Political Question

I keep getting emails from some group; it seems they are trying to track 
where a particular candidate is purchasing ad time.

Since they don't identify what station they are talking about, my 
response is to reply to their email, and ask "What station?". So far it 
seems their auto-spamming system is not going to answer me.

What info is a station required to provide? I thought that political 
buys were noted/ documented in a folder in the public file, including 
rates, flight dates, etc. Is the station required to provide such info 
over the phone, to "anyone" ?
 
Reference to condenced rules or experience with this appreciated.
