Per Joyce's question below:

 

The existing license is WDCR, 1340AM, 1kw day/night. Transmitter is in
Hanover, NH; the license is owned by Trustees of Dartmouth College.

 

My understanding is that they plan to discontinue AM broadcasting and
distribute that programming solely via streaming. (They have an FM outlet as
well with separate programming, which will continue.) I do not know what the
College intends to do with the license.

Carl, do you mean they are not going to program their AM station?

 

What is their frequency and power?
