[BC] Ohio radio studios hit by fire

"The station is in a industrial building where they only occupy a
portion of the building.  Although JoyFM's area was heavily impacted
by the smoke and soot.  The fire did not reach the studios and the
real miracle is that the fire department did not use water on the
radio station portion of the building."
