[BC] Decoded IBOC reception of WOR and others via skywave mode

I find the transition between IBOC digital to Analog extremely noticeable,
the digital signal is certainly the favorable one.  In the analog mode the
background noise and co-channel stations create a distraction.

However, it is obvious after a short period of listening that the IBOC
digital is bit reduced and has a harsh edge to it. The bumper music quality
is irritating.

Maybe with a little work the next generation of AM IBOC coding will
eliminate the shortcomings. And maybe Ibiquity will find a less painful way
to make their money...rather than charge the broadcast station to use their
technology.
