This is whay you HAVE to use UDP-it's a ONE WAY protocol.

The bigger issue for streaming over satellite is the same as for streaming via
cable modem.  It is the shared nature of the service.  In my experience,
satellite internet service does not properly support streaming because the
upload abilities are compromised to achieve robust and high download speeds.
