[BC] BCmap broadcast pattern program

What's the latest version?  The one I have is a year or two old....

at least.

I'd even be willing to contribute a small amount to at least get an 
updated database at say, three-month intervals... shorter intervals 
would probably be prohibitive, as well as possibly redundant...

And a much longer interval would start getting back to it might as well 
be freeware...

(Oh, and a more detailed map might be useful... or an interface to 
Google Earth....
