Then you'd have to lower your bandwidth. 64 kbps would take 1/3 less and 48
kbps half.
I'd not want to go below 48 kbps for FM stereo transmission though.

Do the math:
Let's say you run (for the sake of arguement) a 96 kbps stream.
There are 30.5 days in a month. 3 gB = 3000 megabytes.
3000/30.5 = 98 megabytes a day.
In simple terms, you have to make sure that your satellite plan can do
AT LEAST 125 megabytes a day without capping you.
