[BC] Rainstorm drowns out KSJS signal

[KKTY]

As an over-40 station owner, I thought it was interesting that the 
perception of 20-year-old underground college dj's was that "nobody was 
listening when the transmitter's off... there's nobody out there listening 
when it's just on the internet". Maybe there's hope for us transmitter 
operators after all ;-)
