[BC] The real answer for EAS

As I have written many times on this, and other lists, NWS NOAA  
Weather Radio is very reliable.

It is the OFFICIAL way the federal gubbernment will notify us of a  
nuclear attack, since EBS proved to be unreliable decades ago.
