[BC] Some movement on the 3rd adjacent issue?

Do I hear a faint cheer from LPFM people after the House 
Communications Subcommittee voted 15-1 on Thursday to abolish the 3rd 
adjacent protection Rules? (No idea when it goes to the full House).

It only took five years after the NAB's 2004 Mitre Study to get to this point.

Of course, there is still the issue of how LPFMs are hobbled by the Rules.
