LOL!  I actually "stuttered" when I cut the EAS announcement for one station
(KAPX, IIRC) to make it "This station, in involuntary cooperation with the
FCC..."  When Uncle Charlie came by for an inspection and had me run an EAS
test, I potted down the monitor speaker at that crucial moment and made a
comment about something so he wouldn't notice the announcement.
