[BC] In the AM radio wars of the '60s, they talked big and talked back

Regarding Rich Wood's comment about "We'll be right back," I have
always trained the talk show hosts I work with, to say this:

"Up next, (Topic 1), (Topic 2), (Topic 3)" (or just Topic 1)

"(Station Reset; who am I, call letters, slogan)"

Cut to commercial.

I wrote this down, and after about two weeks of a show done _once a
week_ by a talk host who isn't intimately familiar with radio, it not
only "worked," but it sounded GREAT.
