[BC] American Samoa tsunami

It's near Vanuatu, which is right at 1000 miles west of Pago Pago.  No
tsunami alert yet, but we'll keep watching.

The Pacific "ring of fire" has certainly been very active in the last week
or so.

another 8, this time west of Samoa.
